Poets do not have to live in Lincoln, CA to be eligible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is&nbsp;no&nbsp;entry fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poems must be received&nbsp;by Thursday, July 21, 2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Young Poets, 18-years of age or under, are encouraged to submit poems and will compete in a special \u201cYoung Poets\u201d category.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Contest theme<\/strong>: People Are . . .
