Something happened that changed the trajectory of your life. You may not have known it at the time. But looking back, you might discover the \u201caha\u201d moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How to find that pivotal event, that \u201caha\u201d moment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maybe there is a clue in something you write about repeatedly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll through your memory bank of photos, \u201csee\u201d a photo where you are frowning. What is that frown about?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is an uncomfortableness when you remember a particular occasion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can also write about a highly emotional situation, starting with, \u201cHere\u2019s what happened . . .\u201d You don\u2019t have to think about an epiphany. Just write like a reporter, \u201cHere\u2019s what happened . . .\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You might not find a pivotal event during this writing.
