It\u2019s hard to get quiet and listen to what we think. But when we do, we experience the joy of discovering what\u2019s going on for ourselves.<\/p>\n<p>A passage in <em><a title=\"Reading Water\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Reading-Water-Lessons-Capital-Discovery\/dp\/1931868093\/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&amp;qid=1405308612&amp;sr=8-9&amp;keywords=reading+water\" target=\"_blank\">Reading Water, Lessons From The River<\/a>, <\/em>by Rebecca Lawton, describes a situation when Becca was a white water rafting guide and had one person, a friend, in her raft. They capsized, lost the boat and nearly drowned. Becca managed to save the life of her friend.<\/p>\n<p>After it was all over, Becca asked her friend: \u201cDo you regret running it?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Becca&#8217;s friend answered, &#8220;It might have been the right choice for you,&#8221; she said, &#8220;But from now on, I\u2019m making my own decisions.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s an idea for getting in touch with your intuition and writing deeply.<\/p>\n<p>You can use suggestions for relaxation from the <a title=\"The Write Spot\" href=\"http:\/\/thewritespot.us\/marlenecullenblog\/?p=1514\" target=\"_blank\">June 24, 2014 Just Write Pos<\/a>t, &#8220;Listen to your body as a way to creativity.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Settle comfortably in your chair. Just let go.<\/p>\n<p>Follow your inner sense, your intuition, your gut level feeling\u00a0 \u2026\u00a0 pay attention, use what you\u2019ve got. Don\u2019t fight it.
