Do whatever whatever stretching feels good to you.<\/p>\n<p>Sit easily in a comfortable chair.<\/p>\n<p>Take a deep breath in through your nose, exhale out through your mouth, like you are blowing out a candle.<\/p>\n<p>Take several deep breaths and whoosh out on the exhalations.<\/p>\n<p>Relax into your chair.\u00a0 Smile.\u00a0 Escort your inner critic out the door.<\/p>\n<p>Shed your ideas about what perfect writing means.<\/p>\n<p>Give yourself permission to write the worst stuff possible.<\/p>\n<p>Writing isn\u2019t about talent, it\u2019s about practice and going into another dimension.<\/p>\n<p>Creative writing is an act of discovery.<\/p>\n<p>Take another deep breath. Relax into your breathing. Exhale with a satisfying sigh.<\/p>\n<p>Rather than write for an audience, write from an instinctual level.<\/p>\n<p>Immerse yourself in writing. Let go of your worries and write. Just write to a satisfying inner desire to go to a meaningful place.<\/p>\n<p>Go deeper into the recesses of your mind and really write.<\/p>\n<p>Write from the well that stores the fears. Let the tears come.
