A tip from Dan Blank: “Your email inbox is not your to-do list.”

If your email inbox is filled with “Some day . . .”

 “I want to re-read this.”

“I want to remember this, but it’s cluttering my inbox and I’m not ready to file it away . . .”

Temporarily store these emails in a file with a title that works for you. I put mine in a folder titled “ABC” so it’s at the top of the folders list.

Now I just have to remember to look through that file every so often.
