My current pet peeves:
What was your name? Was? I’m not dead yet!
Using Google as a verb: I’m going to google that. It’s like saying Kleenex (a brand) when tissues (the product) is the appropriate word.
Google is a corporation. I’m going to do an internet search (the activity). Yes, I am, right after I blow my nose, using a tissue.
